Reflections
The previous 30 days have been very eye-opening, inspirational and challenging. It’s not easy to come up with a blog every single day. It has taken a lot of energy. You know that I am creating 3 books, a 21-part newsletters and a Body Image Revolution course and blogging every single day next to having these responsibilities was a challenge. But it has shown me that one can go far beyond one’s perceived limitations.
But I learned a lot about myself and even more important, I learned a lot about YOU. I am so grateful that you have been so kind in sharing whatever you thought about a certain topic. You can still go back to the previous 30 posts and still share what you think about them. The more comments the better.
This blogging challenge has shown me once more how much I love what I am doing and how much I love you. You inspire me, you keep me going, you are helping me and you are simply incredibly strong and real fighters.
In the last 30 days I opened my eyes to many new areas that have to do with eating disorders. I developed even more strategies to teach you to love yourself and fight even harder for you. I wrote about extremely inspiring, interesting and important topics, some of them I would not have come up with on my own. I surprised myself often in thinking completely differently and come up with ideas for a topic that I never thought I would.
It was great to have this community of bloggers who are participated in this challenge and in this important revolution. The most interesting discovery was that everybody always came up with a different view, unique ideas and suggestions.
If there was one thing I would like you to take away from this challenge, then it is this: Change happens every single day. It can happen to you too. Never give up hope and always keep on fighting!
The moment you lose hope, your chances of recovery reduce drastically. Don’t let this happen. Make a promise to yourself today!
The previous days have been especially rewarding for me, but I would like to hear from you what this daily blogging has done for you.
Was it annoying? Helpful? Inspiring? Overwhelming?
