Emotionally, I had to learn how to love myself! I lived in a constant state of anxiety and fear and I had to learn how to deal with my emotions, process through them and let them go so they had no control over me anymore. I had to let the old ‘junk’ from my past come up and let go of the pain and resentments I held against myself and others. I learned how to assert and express myself and my emotions and deepen the relationships with the people I loved in my life.

Mentally, I discovered the limiting beliefs and mental patterns that were the underlying cause of my eating disorder dysfunction. I started to dis-identify myself from the eating disorder voice and dismantle the eating disorder ‘program’ that had been running unconsciously my whole life. I replaced it with new, healthy thoughts and beliefs and created a vision for what I wanted for my life and started going after it with passion and purpose.

Spiritually, I had to figure out who I was and what I was doing here. I felt I was lacking a connection within myself and started tapping into my intuition so that I could be guided from within. I discovered my true authentic self, the wise inner being that knows me and loves me unconditionally and works for my highest good, guiding me along the journey of life. I started looking at my challenges as opportunities to grow and learn and evolve and become who I was truly meant to be.

Reaching Out

When I realized I was fully recovered, I wanted to share it with the world right away! I started volunteering, sharing my experiences in recovery as a mentor and was amazed at how my experience helped these women take extraordinary leaps in their recovery, transforming and changing their lives in major ways!

I now teach women all over the world how to heal themselves and break free from the eating disorder chains for good! I took the most transformative tools, techniques and wisdom I used in my own recovery and with my private coaching clients over the years and created the Healing Your Eating Disorder Ecourse, which includes everything you need in order to move towards freedom and full recovery from your eating disorder.

You are so worthy and deserving of recovery, beautiful soul. I know what it’s like, I’ve been there and full recovery is possible for you too!
