just get the help its hard but you will feel the differnece in your body once you have recovered from balimia or just stoped for some time…….i havent purged for like 3-4 months but once in while i feel like i need to go back…….tell someone its a great option for you

sparkle…it’s a big step to begin asking for help, and sharing this with others in your life. But a vital one in order for you to get help. I suggest that you talk to your parents or a school counselor about helping you find an eating disorder specialist who can work with you to recover. You CAN put this behind you and live a full and happy life!
