An eating disorder can often interfere or delay natural development if a person becomes ill during that time of growth and change (puberty). If you have lost weight, it is possible that your breasts will increase in size if you gain back to a normal weight, but that is impossible to predict. The important thing is to work to recover, and try not to focus on how you want your body to look, but how you want to be well and healthy. Take care.
