Must…it’s vital that you get professional help to stop this dangerous cycle, and to learn new coping tools to help prevent you from continuing this cycle. I had an eating disorder for almost 10 years. I starved, binged, purged and tried every single diet possible.
I now have complete recovery from all eating disorders and have not had a binge, purge or starved myself in years.
What I had to do was let go of all of the controlling behavior – dieting mentality, laxatives, purging, reading weight loss books, etc.
I live with complete freedom and have no mental obsession. I am at a healthy, normal weight which does not fluctuate.
I eat whatever I want – and I only eat when I am hungry.
