Hi….It’s great that you are on the road to recovery. Are you seeing a therapist? I hope you are, and that you will be patient with the process. You can do this!
Your question is a good one, but a hard one as well. Everyone is different, so it’s impossible to say how your body might be suffering, or how long it will take for everything to ‘heal’, but the good thing is that you are doing it!
One day at a time…..you can do it!
