Hello…Recovery Is Not A

Hello…recovery is not a quick process, I don’t know your history with the ED, but it will take time for your body to get accustomed to eating and digesting food once again. I suggest you continue to eat as you have been recommended to, and be patient. You could also try to eat less bulky foods, such as fruits and vegetables that may cause bloating. Are you seeing a professional for your treatment? If so, you could also talk to them about this. Good luck!!
