Any Advice On Letting Go Of The Expectation Of Perfection & Accepting That To Err Is Human?

I struggled with this for a very long time. I found that it came from my own lack of belief that I was worthy for just being me, and I felt I had to prove myself by always doing things perfectly.
For me, I started challenging my perfection by allowing things to be imperfect, and forcing myself to sit with it. Such as, leaving my bed unmade one day, allowing myself to not spell check my emails before sending them, or something small such as this, and eventually I became less anxious about making a mistake. I suggest that you process any underlying reasons for the expectations you place on yourself, and then you may be better able to look at things more rationally. Take care.
