I Feel Obligated To Exercise Even When I’m Sick (Or When I’ve Eaten,) Have Blisters All Over My Foot. And Over Exhausted. Plus, I Usally Eat Low Calorie Foods. I Constantly Worry All The Time About My Weight And What I Eat.. Whats Wrong With Me?

Michelle…Hi…I won’t diagnose you, but based on what you share, you may be suffering from an exercise obsession, along with an eating disorder. You don’t have to suffer this way. It would be good if you would see a therapist or doctor who specializes in eating disorders, and be assessed for what kind of treatment could help you.
This may seem to be about exercise and food, but it’s likely more about emotional distress.
Please get help, and take care of yourself.
