Your question leaves a lot unanswered. What kind of support are you looking for? Have you sought treatment? Are you in recovery? Or are you simply afraid that you are beginning to develop some disordered eating patterns? If you are wanting to find a support group in your area, you could contact your local Mental Health Board to find out what is available. If you need factual information, this site offers a vast array of data. If you want someone to talk to about what you are struggling with, I am fully recovered from chronic anorexia, and I help lead groups in my area. I would be glad to try to answer some of your concerns if you would want to email me at [email protected] . Good luck.
