Would Having Thyroid Problems Cause You To Have Loss Of Appetite?

I have had a problem for about 6-7 years now. I really do not like food. I struggle everyday to find something I want to eat. I am not sure if it’s just loss of appetite or would it have to do with my thyroid. Please Advise. Thank you

Mizz….yes, a thyroid abnormality could affect your appetite, weight, and many other things in your body. I suggest that you get in to see an endocrinologist who can check out all of your thyroid levels with a thyroid panel test, and help determine if you need some type of medication or treatment. Take care!
