I Have Been Having Thought’s That I Am Anorexic But Then That I’m Not. I Have Cut Down My Eatting By A Little And Then I Only Eat What I Think Is Healthy. I’m Also Afraid To Tell Someone About These Thoughts. Should I Be Worried About Anything?

Hi….thank you for writing. If these thoughts are affecting your eating, and you can see that your life is being affected, certainly see a doctor or therapist about this. You may not be heading towards developing an eating disorder, but you clearly could be, and this is the best time to gain a better understanding of what is going on. Take care!
