You may need to challenge yourself slowly by eating foods that you are afraid of, for whatever reason, just to prove to yourself that nothing horrible will happen when you eat them. Also, by inserting those foods into your daily intake, over time, you will see that it won’t make you fat. The best approach though, is to engage the help of a professional who can help you process where those fears are coming from and how to overcome them. It’s important in terms of recovery from any type of eating disorder, to get professional help. Good luck!!
