Hi:

Unfortunately, you need to see a doctor in order to properly diagnose the abdominal pain you are experiencing.

Eating disorders are extremely hard on the body physically, and it is not uncommon to find that damage has occured due to starving, binging, or purging. That said, your problem could also be caused by something unrelated to an eating disorder. There’s just no way to know for sure without seeing a doctor.

Bulimia sufferers frequently experience severe bloating, gas, and constipation as a result of laxative misuse, or from forcing themselves to throw up. Abdominal pain may also occur as a result of acid reflux or ulcers. As time goes on, persons with bulimia are at increased risk of developing serious and potentially dangerous disorders such as heart problems or torn/ruptured organs. Abdominal pain is not a symptom you should ignore!

Please see a medical doctor who can properly diagnose what is going on, and offer you support and treatment. Hope this helps a little.

Take care
