The patient must consult a physician or approach one of the many voluntary agencies that focus on helping patients with eating disorders. By attending meetings of support groups, The patient can share and get help in solving their eating disorder problems. Patients would do well to enlist the help of their family. If patients feel that they are in too deep in the disorder, they should approach a rehab center for complete recovery through medical supervision.
