A Few Things You Should Ask Yourself

While you may feel that it is beneficial to your life to be like someone else and be as thin as someone else, you have to ask yourself if it is the right thing to do. This is not only for you, but for your body as well. The main thing that you need to ask yourself is if what you are doing “helping” or “hurting” your body? This question is so important because, deep down, you know what is right and wrong for your body and it will often tell you. You also need to ask yourself are getting any kind of benefit from having to worry about your body image so much? Think about the fact that you may be concentrating so much on getting or keeping your body thin, that you could actually be doing more harm than good. Just remember that you should treat your with respect and never hurt it.
