Make A Wish…

Star light, star bright,
First star I see tonight
I wish I may,
I wish I might
Have the wish I wish tonight.

If you could wish for anything (completely unrelated to your weight and how your body looks), what would you wish for?

I found this incredibly story about wishing trees in Japan and I had to share it with you. Throughout the country, in random places, some trees have become wishing trees for the community. Thousands of people have, over the years, tied thousands of paper wishes to the branches of these wishing trees.

Is there a beautiful tree in your life somewhere? Write down a wish, whatever it is – as long as it brings peace and serenity, and tie it to the tree. No one else has to see it.

What do wish for?

Wishing is an act of hope. Of believing in the possibility that life will get better, that the challenges you face now will be resolved.
