Greenies

Can you believe there is actually an eating disorder, which involves eating only foods that are green in color. I know some may think of this as being a vegetarian, but it is completely different. In fact, it is not that healthy at all. They may be getting nutrients from all the greens that they are eating, but the problems lies in that they are not getting the nutrients that they would from things like meats. This leads to a number of health problems. The person who is eats nothing but greens is definitely going to lose a lot of weight, and it will be noticeable. There should be no excuse for someone not to notice a significant amount of weight in a person who eats nothing but greens. Be aware of this and even in the fact that the person may not realize they themselves are actually losing weight.
