A Government Conspiracy

I know that there a lot of people out there that believe the whole “fast food made me do it” thing. But has anyone actually stopped to think maybe it’s not a government conspiracy? Maybe there really is a problem? Maybe words such as “eating disorders” could be real? Yes, even fast food eating can be considered an eating disorder. You can over do it, believe me. But you have to realize that some fast food is good for your and others are good only in moderation. Instead of feeling a craving and reaching for the juiciest, greasiest burger you can find, reach for a healthy wrap or even a nice crisp salad. There are more choices out there other than burgers and fries, just take the time to look for them and ask for them. Eating fast food doesn’t mean you have sacrifice your health just have a tasty bite.
