Stuffing My Face For Freedom

Many of you may think that eating disorders must be associated with a persons love or disgust of food, but this is necessarily true. There are some eating disorders that are caused by mental problems as well. Lets say that there is a child who is being beaten or maybe just constantly yelled at every single day of their life. Maybe that person feels that there only alternative to get away from the pain is to start eating their troubles away. Maybe they feel that it is the only kind of comfort they can get when they have no friends or family members that they think they can turn to. The mental problem of thinking in eating disorders can be two extremes. A person can be so depressed that they choose not to eat and think that starving themselves is a way of relieving pain. Others think that stuffing their faces full of food will help them get over whatever pain they are dealing with. Either way the consequences cannot be good.
