Eating disorders is the combination of long-standing psychological, interpersonal, and social conditions.
Common causes of eating disorders are inadequacy, depression, anxiety, and loneliness.
To better understand this type of medical condition here are some of its common warning signs.
A. Unexplained increase or decrease of weight
Someone whose weight increases or decreases without medical explanation could be suffering from an eating disorder.
B. Practices abnormal eating habits
A person who practices abnormal eating habits such as long diet routines, love strange foods and unusual behaviour during mealtime.
C. Too conscious on appearance
Those persons who are too conscious on their weight and appearance are also showing signs of suffering from eating disorders.
D. Too much exercise
Doing some exercise is good for the body since it keeps you healthy and fit at all times.
However, if a person does some exercises beyond normal that is already bad and could be considered as a form of an eating disorder.
E. Irritable and always get depressed
Those persons who easily get irritated and get depressed in a regular basis are also showing signs of suffering from an eating disorder.
Being irritable and depressed is not common so anyone who experiences it could be suffering from a medical condition one of whom could be an eating disorder.
