Our licensed team is nationally recognized and has decades of combined experience in providing compassionate treatment for men and women with eating disorders. We provide a full continuum of care including Residential, PHP, Transitional Living and IOP at our beautiful treatment center located in Monterey, California. Castlewood at Monarch Cove is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Specific treatments and co-occurring disorders

We provide specific treatment for the eating disorder, as well as co-occurring disorders, whether you have an Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression or co-occurring addictions. Monarch Cove incorporates CBT/DBT, trauma resolution therapies, life coaching, and expressive therapies into our treatment approach.
