As an experienced psychotherapist, I believe in making an investment in yourself to lead your best life. I work to create a compassionate and trusting environment and work collaboratively with my clients to elicit strengths, build skills and support healing in an effort to create change.

I specialize in helping people struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, identity exploration, life transitions, parenting and career concerns. I provide counseling for adolescents and adults, as well as family/couples therapy.

My therapeutic approach integrates a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy and basic “talk” therapy (psychodynamic). I believe in “empowering” my clients with new tools and coping skills that help them break old habits and move forward in their lives. Through psychotherapy, my clients are able to gain balance in their lives, on a mental, emotional, physical and interpersonal level.
