I work primarily— though not exclusively— from a psychodynamic/relational point of view. That means I help my clients identify, change and heal from unhelpful patterns in their thinking, feeling and ways of relating to themselves and others. I strive always to work with compassion, intelligence and warmth and aim to have my clients leave with a deeper sense of purpose and a stronger zest for life.
