Along with being recovered from an eating disorder myself many years ago, I have been helping others recover since 1988.

My treatment approach is based on establishing a strong therapeutic alliance and individualizing your treatment depending on your needs. I work using a Treatment Team approach involving other ED professionals as required including a physician, dietician specializing in eating disorders and a psychiatrist if there is a need for a medication evaluation.

My therapy is eclectic incorporating CBT, DBT, Pychodynamic and Self Psychology. Along with eating disorders I work with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Substance Abuse and Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I believe a person can fully recover from an eating disorder with the right care, expertise and desire for recovery.
