While possible, change is hard. Transitions can be rocky and sustaining change can be one of the most difficult elements of committing to improving our lives.

In the therapeutic environment I provide, I partner with my clients in a collaborative process as they explore what changes best fit their lives. I follow your lead with attention to recognizing self-defeating thoughts, mindfulness of the present and adding in a hearty dose of humor. I will work to challenge you toward your best self in a safe and healthy environment by setting achievable goals, providing supportive feedback, and discussing practical skills for managing difficult situations.
