Eating disorder treatment at Castlewood incorporates a comprehensive and individualized approach in a peaceful home-like environment. We do not merely address the symptoms, but also help our clients resolve the underlying causes, leading to a deeper and more lasting recovery.

Specific treatments and co-occurring disorders

We provide specific treatment for the eating disorder, as well as co-occurring disorders, whether you have an Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance Abuse Disorder, Depression or a Dissociative Disorder.

Castlewood offers various treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Internal Family Systems therapy, EMDR, and Expressive Therapies. We create a unique treatment plan for every client that we work with to best meet their individualized therapeutic goals. We provide a full continuum of care including: Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Transitional Living and Intensive Outpatient. In addition to facilities in St. Louis, Castlewood has affiliate facilities in Monterey, CA and Birmingham, Al. Castlewood is accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission.
