It Sounds As Though You Are

It sounds as though you are trying to ‘burn off’ the calories that you are eating. This obsession is common for someone with an eating disorder. For you, being underweight (are you relapsing?), any exercise or walking is detrimental to your recovery. Are you still seeing a therapist? It would be a wise thing to consult with your current or past therapist about this issue. This could be something that will take you into a full blown relapse. Please don’t let that happen! Take care.
