Annie…the issue is whether your eating is controlling your thoughts and preventing you from living a free and healthy life (physically and emotionally). You may want to have an assessment to determine if you have a problem. You can also take a self-test [EAT-26] at www.eat-26.org. It could be helpful as well. Take care!
