I Know A Girl Who Has Just Had A Baby 6 Months Ago, She Has Lost All The Body Wieght Plus 10, Meaning She Is Under 100lbs Again At 5’2″. My Question Is, She Knows She Has A Problem Eating, What Can She Do About It To Feel Hungry Enough To Eat?

Hi….it’s likely not at all about being hungry enough. With a weight loss such as this, it is very possible that your friend is not thinking clearly about food, and may now be in the eating disordered mindset. If she realizes this is a problem, as you say she does, please encourage her to seek help with a counselor who is experienced with eating disorder clients, and also let her know that you are supportive and care for her. She must take this step, but you can be a support for her!
