Your friend may have ended up losing an amount of weight that has left her in a state of semi-starvation, which can also leave her with distorted image of herself, and much less ability to determine her own hunger cues. Does she think this is a problem? Have you expressed your concern? The best thing you can do is to let her know you are concerned, and encourage her to see a professional to determine if she may need help to overcome this before it becomes a very real health issue for her.
