There are many possible reasons that this could be happening. If this is a new problem for you, the first thing you should do is consult with your family doctor about your lack of appetite and weight loss. It would also be a good idea to record your food intake for at least three days to get an idea of just how many calories you are eating every day. You should show this to your doctor when you see him/her. If it is determined that there isn’t any physical cause for your lack of appetite or weight loss, then it would be good to seek advice from a psychologist/therapist to help you discover why you have no desire to eat. Your family doctor should be able to refer you to someone. Good luck!!
