You Don’t Give Much

You don’t give much information, but from what you do share, you could possibly have an eating disorder. The obsession with your weight and food indicates that you are possibly using thoughts of your weight and food as a way to escape from thinking about something else, perhaps painful, in your life. You should first see your doctor about this, and then, depending on whether you have lost weight, and how this is affecting your behaviors otherwise, you might need to seek counseling with someone who has experience treating eating disorders. Your doctor should be able to help you find someone. Good luck!
