Been Down The ED (Anorexia Mostly) Road Before With Inpatient Treatment And Outpatient Therapy With A Great Outcome. After Years Of Having No Thoughts Of ED I Have Hit A Road Block. Is Therapy/Treatment The Only Way To Get Back To Where I Was?

Based on the long term nature of your problem, yes, I think even a short amount of time in therapy could help you out of this rough spot pretty quickly. Please don’t wait until things get worse!
