When I Begin To Start Trying To Put And Keep Food In My Body, I Feel Like I Don’t Digest It. It Feels Like It Just Sits In My Stomach For Days Even If I Only Eat A Small Amount. How Long Will It Take For My Digestion To Go Back To Normal? Will It Ever?

Claire….Yes, your digestion should return to normal, but you must continue to eat normally. You may be experiencing malabsorption, which can be helped by taking digestive enzymes or a liquid malabsorption supplement for a short period of time. Please don’t give up, and consult with your doctor to make sure that nothing else is going on. Take care!
