I always think the more the better! I have been a strong advocate of online support groups. I use forums a lot because it helps me relate to others. I have also done in person support groups because once again I feel I can relate to everyone who is in my situation. I have never tried one on one counseling but I really am not sure how I would feel about it although professional help can be really great at times. I hope this helps!
