It’s Impossible To Know If

It’s impossible to know if you have incurred serious damage because of your purging behavior. The damage could show up later or suddenly in the way of a sudden heart attack, a ruptured esophagus, or some other unexpected problem. I can’t diagnose you, but you should definitely see a doctor and have blood tests done to determine if your electrolytes are out of balance. There could be some serious problems going on. Why do you ‘make yourself sick’? That is an important question to consider, what is your mindset about this? Your teeth are likely also being damaged by the continued exposure to stomach acids. This will destroy the enamel on your teeth and eventually your teeth will be destroyed. It’s important for you to see a doctor as soon as you can. Take care.

Is There Just Tests They Can

Is there just tests they can do? because I dont feel like I have damaged myself and I dont want to go to councilling I just want to check I’m OK. I had an operation where I went under general anaesthetic last year and my sister warned me i could have a heart attack if my bulimia had damaged my heart, she was trying to get me to tell the doctor but I didnt. and i was fine. So does this mean its ok?

No, It Doesn’t Mean That You

No, it doesn’t mean that you have not caused damage or weakness to your organs. That is something that could show up suddenly, or it may show up years down the road. It’s not worth taking the chance. Your doctor can check your heart and do blood tests to check other organ function. It is best if you tell your doctor, so that he can also test your electrolyte balance. That is what could cause sudden heart failure. Please reconsider seeing a therapist! This is your life you are talking about!! Take care.
